One-on-one coaching provides a personalized space to explore the beliefs, experiences, and patterns influencing your decisions, relationships, and personal or professional growth.
Whether you are navigating change, developing leadership confidence, strengthening emotional intelligence, working through relationship challenges, or seeking greater direction, coaching helps you recognize your strengths, identify areas for growth, and take practical, meaningful steps forward.
Coaching Investment
One-on-one coaching sessions are $70 for 60 minutes. Payment is collected when you schedule your session following the complimentary initial consultation.
Payment & Cancellation Policy
Payment is collected when your coaching session is scheduled and is nonrefundable. If you need to cancel, your payment will be donated to the John Hanna Foundation, an organization dedicated to helping struggling families through rehabilitation, support, and compassionate care.

During this conversation, we will discuss your goals, review your intake form, identify the areas where you are seeking support, and answer any questions you may have about the coaching process.
If we decide to move forward together, you will receive a link to schedule your one-on-one coaching session. Sessions are $70 for 60 minutes.
